It’s called the Budget Money Management Scheme (BMMS) and it’s purpose is to help our members manage their annual expenses.

Just like a business or a government, when funds are limited clear prioritising must be done on any bills outstanding. The key thing is that the main bills are paid leaving the balance of money to be distributed on items of lesser importance.
