We have now launched cuOnline+. Additionally, you can still access the full range of online banking services using the mobile banking app cuAnywhere

Logging in: all members

For existing members with cuOnline, you will continue to use your existing access codes to login.   

Setting up a new Payee

Each time a member wishes to setup a new payee, they will be required to generate a one-time password (OTP) which will be sent via secure SMS. Once these are entered, the new payee will be created. It is vital member mobile phone details are accurate and up-to-date. These can be confirmed by clicking on the ‘personal details’ icon within the site. First time payments to new payees require credit union authorisation.

Online loan application

cuOnline+ will permit members submit loan applications directly via the new online banking service.

Device responsive

cuOnline+ is a dynamic and responsive online banking service that will permit members to conduct all of their banking needs from a range of devices. Because of the dynamic nature of the service, it is easy to use on mobile, tablet and PC.

Finally, in the coming weeks, we will be advising members on enhanced account management options and login security procedures that are being rolled out as part of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
